A Major Women's Magazine for Over 30 Years Takes the Leap, Online.
Shueisha's Women's Magazine, LEE, launched its first issue in 1983. Featuring women's lifestyle in fashion, beauty, home design, food and more, this magazine is loved by many.
Being a part of Shueisha’s media platform along with other women’s magazines of the publisher, and not having its own platform, LEE’s digital contents were mostly being viewed by the loyal following of its existing readers. The challenge was to reach out enough to gain new online readership.
Shueisha has joined hands with Ys and Partners to rebuild a single online platform, providing a one-stop service from web design and system development to inbound marketing.
Six months after LEE’s website renewal launch in September 2016, the results far exceeded the initial goal of 10 million page views (more than twice the amount of page views before the web renewal). YSAP is proud to be given the opportunity to collaborate with Shueisha in the facilitation of growth in their online readership.
