Web Designer(Tokyo Office)


Job Summary

Web Designers mainly work with our team members (Brand Strategist, Web Director, Engineer, Media Planner, etc.) to take charge of website development projects.
You will work on and learn not just web design skills, but also skills in designing integrated communication based on marketing strategy.
Depending on their skill sets and desires, we may also provide employees with opportunities to work on projects outside their job descriptions and/or for foreign markets.


  • Planning/Creation/Development Direction for new web service strategies
  • Management of existing websites
  • PDCA task control

Experience / Skills


  • 3+ years of web design experience in a web design company, etc.
  • Experience as Art Director in an advertising agency preferred
  • Creativity and leadership to head design teams

Preferred Skills

  • Ability to create proposals that solve problems and guide goal achievement
  • Strong knowledge of marketing and internet advertising
  • Business English

Work Hours

9:00~18:00 (1 hour break)
