NOV is a cosmetic brand of the Noevir Group. It is well-supported by women with delicate skin.

Their brand website and e-commerce websites used to be separate. Ys and Partners organized the information on those websites, and redesigned the user experience for an e-commerce website based on their branding as dermatologist-recommended.

Since the opening of the online store, we have supported their digital marketing by analyzing consumer behavior, optimizing the rate of page views per visit, and implementing the PDCA (plan-do-check-adjust) cycle. This has contributed to sales growth.

Recently, we translated their website from Japanese into English and Chinese in order to set up multilingual support, which is one of our specialties.
